Foundation of Coterie Software Solutions
Coterie Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. was established by Kamlesh Yadav and Radhye Prajapati in 2017. What began as a discussion among technology-focused students in a modest rented apartment soon evolved into a dedicated initiative to deliver practical digital and software services.
Early Growth and Industry Recognition
During its initial growth phase, Coterie expanded its service capabilities and began working with a broader range of clients. The team’s consistent delivery and client-focused approach helped the company gain early recognition within its operating network.
Strategic Transition and Collaboration
In 2019, the company experienced an internal transition when one of the founding members moved on to establish HealSoul, focused on API services. Despite the change, both teams continued to collaborate on selected projects, strengthening technical integration capabilities.
Operational Continuity During the Pandemic
During the global disruption of 2020, Coterie Software Solutions maintained operational continuity and continued supporting client systems. The period reinforced the company’s focus on resilience, remote collaboration, and dependable service delivery.
